Participating in athletic training can involve certain risks. The fencing coaches will not assume responsibility for any injury incurred while participating in the fencing classes given at Lotus Fencing Academy. Nor will the fencing coaches be liable for lost or stolen items while any child or adult is participating in the classes. I, the undersigned for myself, my heirs and assigns, do hereby release coaches, assistant coaches and any other personnel affiliated with the classes from any and all claims for injury, death or damage of any kind my child(ren) may suffer as a result of their participation in the classes.
